Reducing Graphics based Lag

If your lotro stutters while you are moving around and your client is one that has been updated part of the problem may be due to fragmentation of the data inside LoTRO's .dat files.

A Windows disc defrag will not solve this as it is the data inside the file that is fragmented.

Turbine have released a tool to help fix this issue. I tried it and it removed almost all of the graphics lag while moving around inside an area.
